Have a look who made it to my one month’s home: Lisa, Bartolomeo and his lovely girlfriend Bea. Lisa and Bartolomeo are my partners in crime regarding this amazing Roland-R.-Wauer- Award, as they also got this great opportunity to spend a month abroad. They’ve been enjoying their stays in Bristol and Rotterdam. As we ended up close to each other last weekend we decided to finally meet in person. As Lisa brought us the absolute opposite of England’s stereotype weather, we spent this beautiful sunny day strolling around the city and visiting Bodleian and Weston Library . I introduced them to my favorite pub so far- the Turf Tavern, where we combined Austrian, Italian, German and slices of Russian culture with some british fish&chips and cider. Looking forward to see these guys somewhere around the world soon- it’s been such a pleasure!
